    The trip most of our customers make first. We handle the darshan tickets, the stay at Tirumala or Tirupati, and the drive up and down the ghat road, so the family only has to reach the pickup point.

    Destination or just a rough idea, your dates, how many travellers, and whether children or elders are coming.

    A day-by-day plan with hotel options and a written cost, usually back with you the same day.

    Confirm with an advance

    We book tickets, hotels and cabs, and send the vouchers and the full travel document.

    Before you book.

    How soon do I get a quote?
    Usually the same day for domestic trips, and within a day for international ones where we need to check flight and visa timelines. Send your dates and group size and we will come back with a day-by-day plan.
    What does the price include?
    Every quote lists it line by line — hotels with their names and category, transport, tickets, sightseeing and meals where they are part of the plan. Anything not included is written down too, so there is no guessing later.
    How much advance do I have to pay?
    It depends on the trip — air tickets and peak-season hotels have to be confirmed earlier than a road trip. We will tell you the exact advance and the payment schedule in writing before you commit anything.
    What if I have to cancel?
    Cancellation terms come from the airline, hotel and transport we book for you, and they differ. We put the applicable terms on your quote, so you know where you stand before paying.
    Do you arrange visas?
    We handle the documentation — checklists, forms, appointment slots and supporting letters — for the countries we book. The decision itself always rests with the embassy.
    Can you handle a large group?
    Yes. School trips, temple groups and company outings are a regular part of our work, with coaches from 32 to 50 seats and a coordinator travelling with the group when needed. Call us for group rates.
